Booking your Camper's Travel

Campers are arriving from all over the country but primarily Charlotte, NC and Washington DC airports so the designated flights are to/from those locations. Nonstop flights were mostly unavailable this year, so if you are flying your camper out on their own and having trouble finding a flight in the travel windows please contact Sara at sarabeeken3@gmail.com.  I'll do my best to connect you with other families flying from the same location. 

We offer airport transportation via camp vans with coaches and volunteers picking up campers. We can pick up and drop off UMs at the gate as long as travel forms are submitted before the deadline. If you're traveling with your camper you can also drop them off (3-5pm) and pick them up (7-9am) at camp. Camp Lodging for 2024 is located at 88410 Government Camp Loop, Government Camp, OR 97028

June 11th Arrivals

-Campers arriving with their own transportation should plan to arrive between 3-5pm

-Camp Airport Transportation will be offered for flights arriving at PDX from 11:45am - 3:15pm

June 18th Departures

-Campers getting picked up should plan to be picked up between 7-9am

PDX-DCA- Alaska Airlines 10 (Nonstop, very affordable, great for UMs) (9:27am departure)
