First, reserve a spot by paying the deposit via Zelle. If you are not able to pay via Zelle, you can use our simpletix site HERE! For Zelle, Scan the QR code to make the $1000 deposit!

Next, complete the Registration form immediately after paying the deposit.

Fourth, book your athlete's travel and submit a travel form. (We will provide transportation to/from the airport for flights within out designated travel windows.)

If you do not book that flight but plan on using camp transportation, please book within the following windows:

11/14 Arrival Window: 11am-1pm

The recommended Charlotte flight this year is American 1328, departing Charlotte at 9:45am and landing in Denver at 11:27am (Nonstop)

11/21 Departure Window: 12pm-2pm

The recommended Charlotte flight this year is American 1328, departing Denver at 12:17pm and landing in Charlotte at 5:27pm (Nonstop)

*We ask that campers not utilizing camp transportation arrive at camp between 4-5pm on arrival day and leave before 10:00am on departure day.

Sixth, Review camp documents such as CAMP RULES and the PACKING LIST!

Don't forget to get your child's Ikon Pass if they're going to be using one for camp

Last, if you only paid the deposit at first, pay your remaining balance of $1500 (Or $1200 w/ Ikon Pass). This can also be paid via Zelle, to the same account listed above.
